Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, medium size
- 8 ounces of barbeque pork, steak, shrimp or chicken
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 stalk scallion onion chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 ounces of chopped bamboo shoots
- 1/4 cup chopped bean sprouts
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon almond flour
- oil sufficient for pan frying in a wok
Prepare the meat ahead of time. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a large wok to pan fry.
For gravy I used brown gravy with a teaspoon of low sodium soy sauce.
