Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4. cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice powder
- a few drops red food coloring (it just gives it that Chinese BBQ pork look)
2. Combine all remaining ingredients in medium-sized bowl and pour into Ziploc bag with the pork.
3. Press out all the air from the bag, seal tightly, and refrigerate overnight.
5. Remove pork from fridge about 20 minutes before cooking
6. Drain marinade.
7. Slice tenderloin into thin small medallions and slightly pound each piece of meat.
8. Fry in oil.
