My Low Carb Thanksgiving Menu

It's been a little less than a year since I started my Keto/Low Carb diet and with the holidays around the corner, I think it's time I come up with a low carb Thanksgiving menu. Lucky for me, I'm only cooking for two but we both still enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Keeping the meal delicious and savory, could be tricky without the use of sugar and starch but I'm determined to enjoy the holidays without putting on a ton of weight. So, here's what I have so far.

Of course I'll be cooking the usual Thanksgiving menu like a turkey and stuffing but in addition to traditional sausage stuffing I'll be cooking a low carb cornbread stuffingI plan on trying this cornbread extract that I found online to bake low carb cornbread croutons for the stuffing. Check it out in my low carb products section.

In addition, I'll be making a sugar free cranberry sauce recipe as well as this very savory cheesy cauliflower recipe and these maple bacon brussel sprouts. I'll also either bake a low carb pumpkin cheesecake or a low carb pumpkin mousse.
